THE POSITION
Join our team as a Clinical Performance Improvement Specialist, supports the design, implementation, and sustainment of quality improvement initiatives across inpatient and ambulatory care settings. This role serves as a frontline facilitator of clinical process improvement, partnering with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leaders, practice managers, and operational leaders to improve clinical outcomes, reduce variation, and implement evidence-based care processes. The Clinical Performance Improvement Specialist utilizes performance data, patient safety trends, evidence-based practices, and quality improvement methodologies to support care redesign initiatives and organizational priorities. Your expertise will be integral in fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, making a meaningful impact on the well-being of our patients and staff. Graduate of a school of nursing, Licensed RN in the state of NC in good standing required. Minimum of three years’ experience in quality improvement, clinical operations, population health, care management, nursing, or related field.
