Full job description
Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a contract assignment supporting hiring efforts in Greenville, South Carolina. This role partners closely with business leaders to identify talent needs, attract experienced talent, and guide hiring decisions across multiple functions. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday after the initial onboarding period. Success in this role requires strong recruiting judgment, proactive sourcing techniques, and the ability to manage hiring activity in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:

Advise hiring managers and internal partners on effective recruiting practices, candidate evaluation, and sound selection decisions throughout the hiring process.

Create and refine talent attraction strategies that strengthen candidate pipelines for key positions across areas such as engineering, finance, accounting, sales, information technology, and operations.

Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to promote consistent hiring standards and establish trust as a recruiting partner.

Identify, engage, and assess suitable candidates through direct sourcing, market research, networking, and other creative outreach methods.

Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including intake discussions, screening, interview coordination, offer presentation, and hiring follow-through.

Partner with talent acquisition operations, HR operations, and HR business partners to support a smooth pre-employment and onboarding experience for new hires.

Track recruiting results and use hiring data to adjust sourcing methods, improve process effectiveness, and support informed decision-making.

Manage a portfolio of open requisitions while maintaining timely communication, strong candidate experience, and alignment with business expectations. Requirements • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with prior exposure to corporate, agency, or blended recruiting environments.

Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while managing approximately 15 to 20 open positions.

Experience sourcing candidates for detail-focused or technical roles; manufacturing industry recruiting background is a plus.

Strong capability in candidate outreach tools and sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

Comfortable collaborating with employees and leaders across different functions and organizational levels.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Experience with applicant tracking systems, with familiarity in SuccessFactors considered an advantage.
