Position Description The Product Line Profitability Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the financial health and strategic growth of our product portfolios. This role is responsible for analyzing costs, pricing frameworks, and margin targets to support our trajectory as a growing global enterprise. The Analyst will integrate these financial metrics into the sales quotation process, conduct deep-dive variance analyses, and provide actionable profitability reporting to leadership. Additionally, this role serves as a key financial partner by participating in and preparing analysis for the monthly Product Price & Material Cost Review alongside Product/Commercial and Supply Chain teams. Key Responsibilities Profitability Analysis & Reporting Drive profitability analysis on a global basis across all data center products and key customer accounts. Develop, implement, and prepare standard, recurring reporting to track the financial performance and margin health of the product and customer portfolio for executive leadership review. Lead quarterly product line profitability reporting and conduct regular variance analysis to assess performance against financial targets. Isolate and analyze direct margins (Price/Revenue - Materials - Labor) to eliminate overhead noise and evaluate true transactional performance. Strategic Costing & Financial Frameworks Analyze product line standard and actual costs and baselines across all operations, utilizing internal and external peer analysis and normalized overhead adjustments to support the formulation of competitive pricing frameworks and target margins (gross and direct).
