Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.20 per hour
Shift: M-F, 8am-4:30pm

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Materials Specialist? You’ll be:
-
Handling, moving, and maintaining material inventory assets with attention to accuracy and safety
-
Processing transactions and documentation in the company’s ERP system for receiving, inventory control, and shipping
-
Coordinating with Quality to ensure inspections and special requirements are completed efficiently
-
Performing physical inventories, cycle counts, and maintaining organized inventory storerooms
-
Preparing shipments, managing logistics suppliers, and creating accurate shipment documentation
-
Maintaining neat and orderly warehouse areas and assisting with efficiency improvement initiatives
-
Providing support for movement of production and non-production materials, including tradeshow shipments
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
-
Possess two years of hands-on experience in material handling within a manufacturing production environment (required)
-
Are experienced working in a quality control environment (FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO preferred)
-
Are a strong team player, willing to take on a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment
-
Are proficient with software-based inventory management systems (ERP experience preferred)
-
Can work overtime on weekdays and weekends as needed
