Full job description
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking an ENG Technician I to join their team. As an ENG Technician I, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections on incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, and gauges.

Support Quality Engineers in First Article Inspections (FAI) and process validations to ensure product quality and compliance.

Collect and analyze quality data, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.

Conduct Gage R&R studies, capability studies (Cp, Cpk), and support measurement system analysis to improve inspection processes.

Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for internal and external nonconformances.
What's Needed?

Experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, and gauges.

Knowledge of quality standards including ISO 9001 and AS9100.

Ability to support inspection activities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work onsite in Clarkston, GA, during standard business hours (8AM to 5PM).
