Full job description

Title: Payroll Assistant

Location: Paterson, NJ.

Start Date: ASAP!

Duration: Temp-to-Perm

Hourly Rate: $30-$35/hr

Hours: Mon-Fri; 8am-4:30pm or 8:30-5pm

Education:

  • HSD required

Experience/"MUST HAVES":

  • 1-2 years Payroll experience

  • Processing weekly payroll for about 150 employees

  • Paycom or similar payroll system

  • Exp. working on the "front lines" with employees

  • Benefits exp.

  • Workers comp. experience (minimal exp. is required)

  • Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
