Position Summary

Provides clerical support to the Mid-Michigan Professional Recovery Program in a customer friendly and professional manner. Provides program information to new clients. Performs registration, posts charges and processes related information. Assists therapist with activities to enhance the program.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Related courses preferred.

  • Possess one year of related experience.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in a courteous, tactful, and poised manner.

  • Familiar with and ability to use various software packages to include word processing and spreadsheet.

  • Demonstrates the successful judgment and ability to understand, react effectively and treat (if appropriate) the unique needs of patient age groups served: Adult & geriatric.
