At UKG, the work you do matters. The code you ship, the decisions you make, and the care you show a customer all add up to real impact. Today, tens of millions of workers start and end their days with our workforce operating platform. Helping people get paid, grow in their careers, and shape the future of their industries. That’s what we do.

We never stop learning. We never stop challenging the norm. We push for better, and we celebrate the wins along the way. Here, you’ll get flexibility that’s real, benefits you can count on, and a team that succeeds together. Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you.

About the Role

As a Senior Technology Partner Executive on UKG’s Technology Partnerships team, you’ll manage and grow the UKG Technology Partner Community, supporting software partners across the Human Capital Management and Workforce Management landscape. You’ll guide partners through onboarding and help them build, launch, and maintain integrations with UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products.

You’ll improve the partner experience by making onboarding clear, consistent, and scalable—from initial orientation and technical enablement through integration design, launch, and ongoing success. You’ll also help partners make effective use of UKG’s APIs, developer tools, and marketplace, while working with UKG’s product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to align partner solutions with business priorities.

The role includes close collaboration with product and sales teams to help bring partner solutions into UKG opportunities when appropriate. By combining strong partner management, technical understanding, program operations, and communication skills, you’ll help partners and internal teams extend the value of UKG products for customers.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced global ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships and engagement across the UKG Partner Community, helping partners understand UKG’s programs, resources, requirements, and opportunities.

  • Lead and improve partner onboarding processes, including partner orientation, enablement, technical readiness, integration planning, and launch coordination.

  • Work with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch partnerships and keep partnership and integration strategies aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Help shape and execute global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Maintain direct, productive relationships with existing partners; proactively address business, technical, and sales channel issues; and advocate for partners internally.

  • Define partnership and onboarding requirements, assess program performance using qualitative and quantitative measures, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and help develop new business opportunities.

  • Stay current on global industry developments and HCM and WFM trends to inform partner strategy and community programming.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines while prioritizing critical partner and onboarding milestones.

  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Commitment to making decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.

  • Experience in management consulting, channel sales, partner management, or partner program operations.

  • Experience with software integrations, developer tools, or technical onboarding.

  • Strong knowledge of the Human Capital Management and/or Workforce Management industry.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to adapt, work flexibly, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
