IT Analyst

Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Analyst to support approximately 300 employees across seven locations in an all-Windows environment consisting of roughly 350 computers. This is a hands-on, support-focused role with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, desktop support, and help desk operations.

• Provision, configure, and deploy Windows desktops and computers using Microsoft Intune.

• Package, configure, test, and deploy applications through Intune.

• Create, configure, and maintain Intune device policies and endpoint management settings.

• Deploy and manage printers across user devices through Intune.

• Administer mobile device management (MDM), including device enrollment, configuration, and policy enforcement.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, application, and endpoint-related issues.

• Respond to service tickets, prioritize requests, and work efficiently to reduce an existing backlog of 100+ tickets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar IT Analyst role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, particularly:

• Windows device provisioning and configuration

• Application packaging and deployment

• Device policy creation and management

• Printer deployment

• Mobile device management (MDM)

• Experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, applications, and end users.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the professionalism to support directors and executive leadership.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and handle a high volume of support requests
