As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will: Manage the planning, direction, and execution of all organizational operations; and provide administrative and technical oversight to subordinate staff. Lead and/or provide expert analysis and evaluation of work processes and policies, and management practices and work operations, taking into full consideration complex legislative, programmatic and management issues and problems. Conduct time sensitive analytical and evaluative studies of administrative management systems, work simplification, resource utilization, and decision-making studies. Establish and maintain contacts with other Government agencies and private organizations to exchange information on management planning objectives and other management planning and control systems and/or processes related to assigned areas. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Managing complex organizational operations through subordinate supervisors and/or project leads, establishing long-range goals, allocating resources to address budget constraints, and mitigating operational and programmatic risks impacting mission delivery. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through national Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; community; student; social).
