Job Description

Seeking a bilingual Technical Program Liaison to serve as the primary bridge between domestic engineering/manufacturing operations and an international production partner. This role will coordinate cross-functional technical programs, support new product introduction efforts, drive manufacturing improvements, and ensure successful execution of engineering and production initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact between U.S.-based teams and overseas manufacturing operations.
  • Coordinate program activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, production, and customer-facing stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Support new product introductions, first article development, qualification efforts, product modifications, and production readiness activities.
  • Review technical requirements, resolve engineering issues, and ensure compliance with customer and contractual specifications.
  • Assist with proposal development, technical documentation, engineering change activity, BOM management, and drawing/specification updates.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for product, manufacturing, and quality-related issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, productivity gains, localization efforts, and process optimization.
  • Support customer meetings, technical reviews, supplier interactions, and cross-functional program reviews.
  • Coordinate root cause and corrective action efforts related to production challenges, qualification testing, and field issues.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support program execution and customer requirements.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 2+ years of engineering, manufacturing, program management, or aerospace industry experience.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product development lifecycles.
  • Experience supporting technical programs in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across global teams.
  • Aerospace or aviation manufacturing experience.
  • Background supporting metal fabrication, formed assemblies, ducting systems, or similar engineered products.
  • Experience with qualification testing, production transfers, and supplier development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with RCCA, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
