  • In-House Technical Support: Assist with product assembly, testing, maintenance, and general shop admin (including shipping/receiving) at our Dexter headquarters.

  • Customer Training and Enablement: Provide professional on-site support, deliver client training, and maintain documentation to ensure equipment meets peak performance standards.

  • Reporting & Collaboration: Complete accurate field service reports and partner with internal engineering and project management teams to feed back insights for continuous product improvement.

Education and Qualifications

  • Education: Technical degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.

  • Technical Aptitude: Experience or coursework involving robotics, controls, sensors, or factory automation systems.

  • Practical Skills: Familiarity with electronic assembly, schematic reading, cable routing, camera settings, and optical physics fundamentals.

  • Industry Experience: Background in field service, technical customer support, or manufacturing (automotive sector experience is a plus).

  • Key Preferred Assets: Prior exposure to machine vision systems, 3D volumetric technology, or infrared wavelength sensors.

  • Travel & Work Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico (including occasional weekend or holiday travel).

  • Professional Attributes: Strong technical writing skills, self-motivated time management, and a professional, customer-first mindset.

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + eligibility for Profit Sharing Program (PSP): Participation (pending successful completion of probationary period and based on business performance)

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health coverage options for you and your dependents.

  • Work-Life Integration: Generous paid time off (PTO), paid statutory holidays, and dedicated personal/sick days.

  • Growth & Professional Development: Continuous training on cutting-edge optical and AI technologies, tuition reimbursement programs, and clear pathways for career advancement across TKH Group operating companies.

  • Innovative Culture: An open, collaborative environment working alongside industry-leading engineers and commercial innovators shaping the future of industrial automation.
