As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Alarm Dispatch Security Clearance in Merrimack, NH , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.
Pay Rate: $29.67 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Day Time
Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
How This Role Works:

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
Responsibilities:
-
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Monitor communications systems, receive calls for service, and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports while communicating relevant information to supervisors and responding personnel.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and support as directed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
-
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
-
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
-
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
-
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
