Recruiter

Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This role will lead end-to-end hiring efforts across corporate and engineering functions, helping attract and secure talent with strong experience in a dynamic company environment. The ideal candidate brings a proactive sourcing mindset, strong stakeholder partnership skills, and confidence working within applicant tracking systems such as Workday.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake meetings through offer coordination for a range of corporate and engineering positions.

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, align on candidate profiles, and create effective search strategies.

• Build and manage candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and other targeted outreach methods.

• Evaluate applicants through resume review, screening conversations, and ongoing assessment to identify strong matches for open roles.

• Maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate activity, and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system, including Workday.

• Coordinate interview logistics, guide interview teams, and help deliver a smooth and attentive candidate experience.

• Advise stakeholders on market conditions, recruiting progress, and opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.

• Support recruiting-related process updates and system-related changes as needed while maintaining continuity in hiring operations. Requirements • Proven experience in senior-level recruiting with ownership of full-cycle hiring processes.

• Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering roles as well as broader corporate functions.

• Strong sourcing capabilities with the ability to engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels.

• Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience preferred.

• Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and provide clear, consultative recruiting support.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities at once.

• Excellent communication skills, including candidate engagement, stakeholder updates, and interview coordination.
