Your Role As Plant Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the manufacturing performance of a high-impact specialty electronics materials facility, driving safety, quality, and operational excellence across designated production areas. In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of production activities, translating customer requirements and business priorities into efficient, compliant, and cost-effective manufacturing outcomes. You will lead a team of Production Supervisors, Engineers, and Operators setting clear objectives, developing talent, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will establish and refine departmental standards and practices, manage budgets, and ensure all operations meet environmental, health, and safety requirements set by local and national regulatory agencies. Collaborating closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Asset Management, and Facility Management, you will serve as a key operational partner in achieving shared business goals, bringing both strategic perspective and hands on leadership to a role that directly impacts product delivery and customer satisfaction.
