工程部文员 Engineering clerk

1、协助工程总监做好工程部办公室和与各部门的协调工作，处理工程部内的各项工作。

2、管理来往函件、职工档案、档案系统，包括人事管理系统、会议纪要和翻译。

3、负责采购申请，合同申请及付款申请，管理合同，工程部仓库的管理和盘点。

4、确保所有的货物在最佳的储存状态下，随时可以发出使用。

5、负责做好上传下达及与各部门的联络沟通，处理日常事务和来访接待工作。

6、完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责

1、拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；

2、具有说，读和写英语的能力；

3、 熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统 ；

4、大专或相当学历；

5、拥有1年行政助理工作经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
