About our Emerging Talent Program:

Intuit invests in Emerging Talent because fresh perspectives strengthen our products and teams. The program is backed by a culture that values curiosity and collaboration, and you'll be supported by dedicated managers and mentors who are invested in your growth. As an intern or co-op, you'll work on meaningful projects with business impact, many centered on AI and emerging technologies, and contribute to driving decisions. You'll build skills through function-specific learning opportunities, connect with a global community of interns and co-ops through dedicated programming and social events, and get exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional work across Intuit's product ecosystem. About the Team

Join our B2B Demand Generation team as a Marketing Intern building real, shipped AI tooling for the Upgraders motion. Our team has already started building its own tools out of necessity, reusable dashboard skills, campaign automation, and internal systems of record. This role isn't a research exercise: you'll take something currently manual or one-off, tied to marketing workflows like campaign reporting, audience segmentation, or GTM tracking, and turn it into a reusable tool the team actually uses after you leave. The specific tooling gap will be finalized closer to your start date based on what's live at the time, but the pattern is consistent: build, ship, and hand off something real.

Responsibilities

  • Identify a manual or one-off marketing workflow, campaign reporting, audience segmentation, GTM tracking, and build a reusable AI-powered tool to solve it

  • Work hands-on with AI-assisted development tools (Claude/Cursor), QuickBase APIs, and internal marketing data systems

  • Partner directly with the marketing team's existing tooling efforts (audience insight dashboards, campaign automation) to extend proven patterns

  • Ship a working tool the marketing team adopts and continues using after the internship ends

  • Document the tool clearly enough for the team to maintain and extend it independently

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, with relevant coursework in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or a related field

  • A graduation date after the internship end date

  • Strong programming fundamentals and comfort building with modern AI-assisted development tools

  • A build-it-and-ship-it mindset, comfort taking a project from rough idea to working tool independently

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs, tools and concepts

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the duration of the internship

  • Ability to work onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Cursor, Claude, or similar AI coding assistants

  • Familiarity with QuickBase, API integrations, or GitHub Pages

  • Prior experience building internal tools or automation for a business team
