The annual base salary for this position ranges from $85,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $169,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits on the Converse Direct Planning and Allocation team and reports to the Director of Direct Planning and Allocation. The planner partners across allocation, merchandising, marketing, growth, site merchandising, store operations, marketplace supply chain, and data and analytics teams supporting North America and Western Europe.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Converse is looking for a curious, data-minded team player who can build seasonal assortment plans and advance planning strategies across digital and store channels in two geographies. This person brings accuracy and discipline to execution, using data to identify risks and opportunities and translate analysis into clear insights and recommended actions. They take ownership of defined workstreams, operate effectively within established strategies and planning guardrails, and know when to seek guidance on complex or higher-impact decisions. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and learning agility are essential. The ideal candidate can balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, work confidently with large data sets, and use analytical storytelling to inform key business decisions. They communicate effectively across written, verbal, and visual formats and build productive relationships with cross-functional partners.

The candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • Minimum of three years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, merchandising, business planning, analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and translate information into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.

  • A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, resolve routine issues, clearly communicate recommendations, and escalate higher-impact risks when needed.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will support seasonal assortment planning and in-season business management for Converse Direct across North America and Western Europe. Working closely with merchandising, allocation, and other cross-functional partners, you will turn business performance into clear recommendations that strengthen category planning and execution across digital and store channels.

  • Build clear business storylines by partnering with cross-functional teams to contextualize reporting and accelerate execution against business priorities.

  • Partner with merchandising teams to bring together insights and communicate key business results, aligning teams on future plans and forecasts.

  • Manage risks and opportunities across top franchises, creating actionable insights that inform assortment intent.

  • Evolve and manage pre-season, in-season, and hindsight reporting for the direct business.

  • Support pre-season, top-down financial targets for consumer demand, revenue, margin, and inventory across a specific gender, two geographies, and digital and store channels.

  • Manage the planning team’s reporting suite and seasonal tool setup.

  • Recommend actions that drive consumer demand and margin while improving overall marketplace inventory health.
