Direct Care Staff _3rd Shift (10:30-9:00am) Responsibilities: Make a difference in a Child's Life Function as a Healthy Role-Model Participation in Student Therapy Groups Participation in Recreational Activities Promote Appropriate Social Interactions Mentor Adolescents with their Life Skills Development Assistance in Community Integration Behavior Management Model Elements of a Healthful Living 1 to 4 Staff to Student Ratios on 3rd Shift Requirements: Communicates well in both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with coworkers and supervisors Excellent problem-solving skills Candidates must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and a Valid Driver?s license Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university - preferred but not necessary (specific experience when applicable may be substituted) RMV and background CORI checks are required Benefits: $2,100.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!
