Key Responsibilities:

• As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

• Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.

• Analyze complex software issues and develop effective remediation strategies to ensure system stability and performance.

• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to streamline problem resolution and enhance overall system reliability.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying patterns and proposing innovative solutions to recurring challenges.

• Provide technical guidance and share knowledge to elevate team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment.

• Contribute to the documentation of processes and best practices to support ongoing operational excellence.

• Tight collaboration and coordination with offshore team on daily basis.

Note: Role requires 60% per week onsite client work in Lawrenceville NJ and Princeton NJ

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+years' experience in required skills

• Patient Safety domain and hands on expertise in PostgreSQL Java Spring Boot and Pega Architect Development

• Expert proficiency in Application Remediation

• Certification in AWS Cloud Computing

• Associates degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in PostgreSQL

• Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot and Pega Platform intermediate proficiency in React.js and expert proficiency in Life Sciences RD

• Bachelor s Degree
