This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we expand access to high-quality behavioral healthcare for children, teens, young adults, and their families across the state. We're not looking for clinicians to simply fill a caseload. We're looking for people who want to help shape what Backpack Healthcare becomes in Illinois. At Backpack, care is delivered entirely online and covered by most insurance. We're clinician-led, minority-owned, and committed to creating an environment where therapists have the support, resources, and opportunities they need to do their best work.
