The Field Office Deskside Technician oversees IT Services at Field Offices within Mission and Site Support Services under the Service Delivery Line of Business. Duties and Responsibilities: - Directing teams to deliver comprehensive end-user support through MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) actions - Proactive environment assessments and responsive break/fix services to ensure mission continuity - Manages onsite troubleshooting and restoration of devices, coordinates with headquarters and stakeholders to align service delivery, and ensures reliability and efficiency across diverse IT environments. - Technician enhances productivity and guarantees resilient IT Operations across all supported sites. Qualifications Required Skills & Certifications: - Proficiency in troubleshooting end-user devices - Ability to provide on-site IT support as needed - Familiarity with IT asset management - Strong communication and customer service skills - Minimum Education: High School - Minimum Work Experience: 4 years relevant Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen Physical Requirements: None required for this position.
