What You Will Do
-
Conduct Environmental, Health and Safety inspections to include waste areas, chemical storage, stormwater controls, and air emission points.

Manage hazardous and universal waste, including container labeling, storage, and pickups.

Support spill prevention and first-response activities; maintain spill kit availability.

Verify proper chemical storage and ensure SDS access; support environmental review for new chemicals.

Complete required environmental logs, documentation, and daily AWW shift handoff notes.

Assist with SPCC, stormwater, air permit, and wastewater compliance tasks as needed.

Provide basic safety support and respond to shift-level EHS incidents.

Ability to work independently during AWW hours.

Qualifications You Must Have
- HS diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer

Associate degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Industrial Technology, or related field

2 years of relevant environmental/EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Working knowledge of RCRA, SPCC, stormwater, and air compliance preferred.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

What is my role type?

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
