  • Help manage planning-cycle execution, including timelines, templates, deliverables, communications, and follow-ups

  • Analyze forecast submissions and financial results to assess accuracy, identify trends, surface risks and opportunities, and develop key business storylines for leadership review

  • Partner with Finance, Controllership, and business teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and support leadership decision-making

  • Prepare executive presentations, financial summaries, and ad hoc analyses that clearly communicate business drivers, performance trends, and strategic considerations

  • Proactively improve financial models, reporting tools, and recurring processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability (incl. design, testing, and deployment of the Company’s new EPM tool)

  • Support recurring and ad hoc deliverables for senior management, Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations, and other key stakeholders as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence partners across the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of projects from start to finish

  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and improving processes

  • Experience with financial systems, data visualization / reporting tools, and emerging AI-enabled technologies

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
