The Opportunity:
We\u2019re seeking Machine Operators to join our fast-paced, high-performing team environment in Winston-Salem, NC. No experience? No problem, we\u2019ll train you to succeed! Available Shifts and Compensation:
\u2022 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM): $25.83/hr + $0.38/hr shift differential
Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts up to 12 hours. Must be willing to work any assigned shift and complete initial training on first shift for approximately 2-3 weeks. Overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work, may be required.
What you need to succeed:
\u2022 HS diploma/GED
\u2022 Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions and other duties as assigned.
\u2022 Comply with all safety regulations
\u2022 Maintain a clean and safe work environment
\u2022 Possess excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
\u2022 Daily requirements may include lifting or moving items weighing 25-50lbs
\u2022 Daily duties may include standing for long periods of time
