Job Duties

Maintain the master production schedule by ensuring available production slots are filled through the established time fence. Review open slots, order readiness, delivery requirements, and schedule changes to support customer and business needs. Ensure scheduling decisions comply with established guidelines, production restrictions, and approved priorities. Identify schedule gaps and coordinate timely resolution with the appropriate Sales and operational teams.

Serve as the primary coordination point among Sales, National Accounts, Branch Operations, Global regions, Finished Goods Asset Management, Manufacturing, and Engineering for production scheduling needs.

Coordinate and drive alignment of truck, battery, and charger offline dates with the Motive Power Coordination team to reduce excess inventory and minimize operational and customer impact. Monitor timingmisalignment and work with the appropriate teams to adjust schedules when possible.

Hold and manage production slots for approved strategic business reasons, including Slot Priority Questionnaires and other identified priorities. Work with the Finished Goods Asset Management team to enter and manage orders for Factory Stocking Programs.

Minimum Qualifications

2-4 years related experience

Bachelor's degree (Business, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field)

Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Sales Operations, production scheduling, order management, planning, or a comparable cross-functional role. Demonstrated ability to work across Sales, National Accounts, Branch Operations, Global regions, Manufacturing, and Engineering. Strong understanding of production slots, scheduling time fences, order priorities, delivery requirements, and scheduling guidelines. Experience coordinating related equipment or accessory schedules to reduce excess inventory and delivery risk.
