Full job description

Position Summary(Basic Job Function)

This is an on-call position. Provides food service, custodial, grounds maintenance, general labor or other main support on an on-call basis.

Unit Position Summary

Typical Duties May Include

•Washing walls and windows, emptying trash, recycling and cleaning bathrooms

•Clean upholstery and carpet, buff and scrub floors, and make minor repairs

•Set-up and tear-down furniture after events

•Occasionally operate heavy machinery

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service

Be able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

Be available to work every other weekend

Be positive and respectful, especially when working with a diverse population

Possess a valid U.S. Issued Drivers License and be able to meet and maintain the University’s driving standards

*must be able to move up to 20 pounds
