Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Principal Architect, you will coordinate the implementation and integration of applications.

Every day you will work closely with applications and technical teams to ensure the efficient flow of information and data and ensure that plans are followed and issues resolved in a manner that results in a successful implementation.

To be successful, you will function in a consultative role using advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to implement, upgrade and support complex application systems.

  • Designs, develops, configures, and implements complex application solutions to address technical and business needs across multiple functions and major application environments.

  • Provides application architecture leadership and technical direction, serving as a subject matter expert and internal consultant while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, standards, and best practices.

  • Partners with IT leadership, project managers, business leaders, committees, and end users to define requirements, evaluate application functionality, and identify enhancements and process improvements.

  • Leads application integrations, implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, including complex configuration, testing, maintenance releases, new modules, and issue resolution.

  • Provides advanced technical support and vendor management, resolving complex application issues while coordinating with key vendors on product updates, methodologies, roadmaps, and future capabilities.

  • Drives application standardization and team development by establishing documentation and technical practices, monitoring healthcare IT trends, and educating Application Analysts and other IT staff on application solutions and methodologies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment.

  • 7+ years’ required.

  • Knowledge of systems and application development in Health Care.

  • 2 or more relevant technical/professional security certifications preferred.

  • AJO Expertise: Deep knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer, including orchestration, decisioning, and real-time personalization.

  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Strong understanding of AEP, including data ingestion, schemas, and identity resolution.

  • Data & Integration: Experience with JSON payloads, API integrations, and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.

  • Complementary Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Adobe Campaign.

  • Compliance: Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and privacy consent management.

  • Additional soft skills required: Consultative behavior in solving problems, abilty to establish and nurture business relationships, executive level communication skills

Pay Range

$69.41 - $103.25 /hour
