Full job description

Job Summary: We are seekinga compassionate anddedicated Registered Nurse(RN) to joinour healthcare team. TheRN is responsiblefor providing high-quality nursing care, administering medicationsand treatments, assessingresidents' health needs, and collaborating withphysicians and interdisciplinaryteammembers toensure exceptional patientoutcomes. Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate residentcare. - Administer medications andtreatments according tophysician orders. - Monitor resident conditionsand document changesaccurately. - Communicate effectivelywith residents, families, physicians, and staff. - Supervise Certified NursingAssistants (CNAs) andLicensed Practical Nurses(LPNs), as assigned. - Ensure compliance withfederal, state, andfacility policies. - Respond to emergenciesand provide appropriateinterventions. Qualifications: - Current RN licensein good standing. - CPR/BLS certification. - Strong communication andcritical-thinking skills. - Long-term careexperience preferred butnot required.
