Lead Spa Therapist Provides the highest level of massage services to our guests and supervisors therapist team. This role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Spa Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Adhere to the protocol guidelines for all massage and body treatments.
• Educate and sell products and upgraded services to guests.
• Practical interview and training of all new therapists; Organize on-going training for the new protocols and product lines.

What You Will Bring

• 3 years’ experience within a luxury hotel environment. Prior experience as a Lead therapist or Trainer preferred.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language other language is a plus.
• Must have the ability to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and Lomi-Lomi massage.
• Must be able to participate to all training offered by the spa.
• Must have the ability to listen and understand guest needs, respect guest privacy, create an exceptional, customized and professional experience to our guests.
• Hawaii Licensed Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner.
