Job Description
Civil Project Engineers (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ) – Provide civil engineering analysis, project management, and technical services in construction projects and ensure construction projects are carried out in compliance with engineered design, plans, and drawing; Plan and coordinate construction projects of structures and buildings including bridges, roads, and large buildings using Construction Engineering Management, BIM (Building Information Modeling); Analyze data, land survey reports, demographic information, Geotechnical reports and local zoning laws to plan and design projects using Auto CAD, Finite Element Methods, Stress-strain-time effects, Advanced Structural analysis in built environment; Analyze and assess engineering blueprints and structural and shop drawings for inspection; Perform and coordinate NYS and NYC code required special inspections including Structural Inspections; Perform inspection of concrete/steel and materials to ascertain efficacy using ACI-I/OSHA 30, Advanced Reinforced Concrete Structures, Advanced Structural analysis, Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE)/Structural Health Monitoring (SHM); Analyze test results of construction materials to ensure site safety and passing inspection and meet government regulations, applying Multi-Hazard Engineering. Must have a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering plus 2 year experience in job offered. Require skills and knowledge in Construction Engineering/Management, OSHA30, Advanced Reinforced Concrete Structures, NDE/SHM, Geotechnical Design, Advanced Steel Structures. This position is eligible for Employee Referral Program. Standard company benefits with $130k~$133k per year.
