United Protective Services is looking for an experienced security professional to join our team as a Morning Field Training Officer . This field-based leadership role involves traveling between assigned properties, training and coaching Security Officers, conducting inspections, and helping address operational needs throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate is a dependable and confident leader who can communicate effectively, provide constructive feedback, make sound decisions, and help officers consistently meet company and client expectations.

Schedule

  • Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Monday – Tuesday: Days Off

  • Wednesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and coach new and existing Security Officers at assigned locations.

  • Conduct property visits, post inspections, and officer performance evaluations.

  • Identify performance concerns and provide appropriate coaching and follow-up.

  • Ensure officers understand post orders, assigned responsibilities, and company expectations.

  • Provide assistance during security incidents and time-sensitive operational situations.

  • Complete accurate training, inspection, and field activity documentation.

  • Maintain a professional working relationship with officers, clients, and the public.

  • Travel between assigned client locations as needed during the scheduled shift.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

  • Must be at least 25 years old due to company insurance requirements.

  • Previous security leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Field Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar position.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.

  • Comfortable providing direction, coaching, and accountability to Security Officers.

  • Military or law enforcement experience is a plus.
