Opportunity Overview This role will support the coordination and operational management of a federated registries program focused on rare diseases. The coordinator will contribute to the execution of program activities by supporting governance, administrative and contractual activities, data collection and analysis workflows, and the onboarding of new centers and registries. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders internal teams, external experts, and vendors.

Responsibilities & Duties• Organize governance meetings, including invitations, agendas, minutes, and action-item follow-up

  • Support contractual and administrative activities, including letters of intent, agreements, data-sharing documentation, and any other key documentation
  • Coordinate consensus-building activities, including expert meetings, surveys, Delphi rounds, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up
  • Support operational and administrative coordination for the federated registry
  • Manage scientific publications’ related administrative activities, including conflict-of-interest disclosures, author documentation, and timeline tracking
  • Support the expansion of the registry network by coordinating onboarding activities for new registries
  • Coordinate crosswalk activities and documentation requirements for new participating registries or sites before submission to the scientific committees
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, and other key program documentation to ensure effective program execution

Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree, degree in life sciences, or project management, or any related field

  • Prior experience in project coordination, clinical research operations, registry coordination, medical affairs, or a healthcare environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, documents, and stakeholders
  • Able to support administrative and contractual processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Not accepting the status quo, working with a sense of urgency to deliver results
  • Self-starter mentality who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Cross-functional mindset focused on a seamless collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Fluent in English

This role is home office based. Rhythm operates in a hybrid-work model. Candidates applying must be willing and able travel internationally.
