Kit and prepare components for production jobs 2. Load materials and components into SMT machine feeders 3. Assist SMT machines throughout the production process 4. Perform machine changeovers to support varying production runs 5. Conduct quality inspections of completed circuit boards 6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 7. Follow all manufacturing procedures and quality standards SMT Technician Job Requirements: 1. High School Diploma or GED required 2. Strong attention to detail and quality 3. Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes 4. Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment 6.
