As Printer Support Technician you will be responsible for;

  • Support approximately 200 printers across an aerospace manufacturing site and assist with the broader North America printer environment.

  • Perform printer deployments, installations, configurations, and replacements.

  • Troubleshoot printer hardware, connectivity, and user-related issues.

  • Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support and escalate complex issues to Xerox Level 3 support when necessary.

  • Support end users across Line 1, Line 2, and associated facilities.

  • Coordinate directly with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain asset and support documentation as required.

Qualifications;

  • 2+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or Field Support experience.

  • Experience troubleshooting printers, end-user devices, and basic network connectivity issues.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Prior experience supporting large printer fleets.

  • Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise environments.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes.

Location: Onsite in Mobile, AL
