Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Position Duties: Design, implement, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems using large and complex datasets, including selecting appropriate algorithms, performing hyperparameter tuning, and evaluating models using metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall. Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze data, conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical studies to inform model and algorithm design. Research and experiment with new machine learning techniques through literature reviews and empirical validation to improve model performance and robustness. Integrate production-ready models into scalable systems, monitor performance over time, and retrain or update models to address drift or degradation. Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and external research partners to translate research outcomes into deployed products, customize solutions based on business and client needs, and provide technical guidance. Maintain high code quality through documentation and review, contribute to knowledge sharing through mentoring and team discussions, and, where applicable, author research papers or white papers to communicate findings.Job Requirements: Position requires a Masters degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering or related and 1 year of experience in the job offered or Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer, or related.Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following skills: Machine learning and natural language processing; C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or another high-level programming language; NoSQL or SQL; Deep learning and neural networks; Big data modeling and analysis; and Conducting statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns that inform research.
