Location: Southeast Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $19.50/hour

Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 3:00pm–1:45am (First day: Start at 2:00pm)

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect custom glass products at every stage—spotting chips, scratches, color shifts, and other imperfections to ensure flawless results

• Read and interpret blueprints, instructions, and specifications

• Use digital gauges, tape measures, and templates like a pro

• Collaborate with your team to resolve quality concerns—every detail matters, and your input counts!

• Help refine the process by supporting continuous improvement initiatives and internal audits

• Keep your area organized, follow all safety procedures, and take pride in a clean, professional work environment

• Step in to help package and move finished products—your teamwork keeps the process running smoothly

What You Bring:

• An eagle eye for details and a passion for quality

• Ability to confidently follow instructions and review specs

• Experience with inspection tools or hands-on production? Even better!
