Job Description
Drive daily production activities and ensure project schedules, milestones, and deliverables are met. Oversee field crews, subcontractors, and onsite construction operations. Coordinate installation activities related to low-voltage systems and structured cabling infrastructure. Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring compliance with project requirements. Conduct daily progress meetings, track work completed, and resolve field issues as they arise. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and trade partners to maintain workflow and project momentum. Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project updates throughout construction.
Skills and Requirements
5+ years Superintendent experience within a commercial construction environment. Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems and installation practices. OSHA 30 Certification. Proven ability to drive production, manage schedules, and lead field teams. Strong work ethic, accountability, and leadership skills. Ability to work onsite in Bridgeport, AL, 5 days per week. Excellent communication and coordination skills with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Data center construction experience. Structured cabling installation and management experience. Experience coordinating large-scale technology infrastructure projects. Familiarity with mission-critical or highly technical construction environments.
