Full job description
Adapt Physical Therapy is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of QuickBooks to assist with financial reporting on an as-needed (PRN) basis. ::: {dir="ltr"} Position: PRN Bookkeeper / QuickBooks Specialist ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} Location: On-site -- West Branch, Michigan ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} Key Responsibilities: ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} Prepare quarterly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} Review and organize financial transactions in QuickBooks. ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records. ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} Generate quarterly financial reports for management review. ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} Assist with additional bookkeeping tasks as needed. ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} ::: {dir="ltr"} Qualifications: ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, and the ability to prepare accurate financial statements independently are required. ::: ::: {dir="ltr"} Schedule: Flexible, as needed, with an emphasis on quarterly financial reporting. ::: :::
