JOB REQUIREMENTS: Motivated assistant managers that are hands on, "lead from the front" individuals. The assistant service center manager, ASCM, is the backbone of the service center and the right person will be ready to run their own location in 12-18 months. They are customer service fanatics and people developers, always looking to coach. This is accomplished through the precise execution of an established Valvoline Instant Oil Change management system (SuperPro). The ideal candidate has one to two years of management experience and/or some exposure within a fast paced retail, restaurant or other service environment driving P&L performance, hiring, developing and leading direct reports while passionately serving guests.
