THIS POSITION SUPPORTS 9A-5P PST. Ideal candidates will reside in Salt Lake City, Utah or West Coast Time Zone. Job Description The Revenue Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally to create, maintain, and operate systems & processes that enable Kipu’s growth. This role will facilitate systems (Salesforce.com), ensure data integrity, and develop analysis that allows the Go-To-Market teams to generate insights that inform the growth strategy. Your Responsibilities
- Build clear reports & dashboards to support business decision making
- Document and maintain key processes and monitor process adherence and adoption
- Manage the creation, analysis and maintenance of reports and dashboards designed to monitor predictive and performance trends
- Perform ad hoc analysis for various departments in the revenue cycle to guide business strategy and support decision making
- Support Sales team with (Salesforce.com) day-to-day reporting needs and management
- Manage data across multiple business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Salesforce
- Understand key business drivers and utilize that knowledge to analyze and resolve business ops issues and needs
- Manage customer outreach processes and analytics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Report on processes behind customer handoff points: Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Support
- Track, measure, and evaluate KPIs across various operations departments to determine if org objectives are met
- Maintain close coordination with Finance and Sales managers for revenue & financial reporting
- Other responsibilities as defined by the VP of Revenue Operations
Your Qualifications

2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst or similar role

Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft PowerPoint

Understanding of standard business practices related to Marketing & Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM, Marketing applications, lead generation, reporting, forecasting, territory management, compensation planning and sales quotas)

Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor Jr Analysts

Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels

Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level partners

Experience with GTM tools including Salesforce

Knowledge of market research, sales and forecasting principles
-
Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios.

Positive and collaborative attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the Addiction Treatment and Behavioral Health Industry.
- Experience in EMR or general SaaS Revenue Operations.
