Full job description
You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

THE WORK:

You'll develop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, milestone tracking, dependencies, resource assumptions, and schedule reporting outputs.
-
You'll apply Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques to assess schedule logic, identify trends, communicate risks, and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies.
-
You'll partner with client teams, project stakeholders, delivery partners, contractors, consultants, and Portuguese-speaking project teams to align planning outputs with project execution needs.
-
You'll manage multiple project schedules simultaneously, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
-
You'll coordinate schedule inputs across project controls, cost management, risk management, change management, and project delivery teams.
-
You'll evaluate schedule performance, identify delivery gaps, dependencies, and emerging issues, and drive corrective actions.
-
You'll prepare clear schedule updates, executive-level dashboards, governance materials, and leadership-ready reporting tailored to the audience.
-
You'll support integrated project controls activities by linking schedule performance to cost, risk, and change impacts.
-
You'll facilitate planning workshops, schedule reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive project success.
-
You'll escalate schedule risks, critical path concerns, and execution blockers while driving accountable resolution.
