Full job description

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

  • You'll support business development efforts through industry expertise, thought leadership, proposal development, and participation in industry events.

  • You'll act as an Owner's Representative, overseeing capital projects from planning and initiation through execution, closeout, and handover.

  • You'll lead project planning and delivery activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, schedules, and performance expectations.

  • You'll coordinate the overall project controls program across risk, schedule, cost, change management, governance, and reporting functions.

  • You'll drive program plans, priorities, deliverables, and action closure to support successful project outcomes.

  • You'll coordinate inputs across project controls functions, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency.

  • You'll monitor schedule, cost, risk, and change performance, proactively identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.

  • You'll identify delivery gaps, dependencies, and emerging issues while driving mitigation and resolution strategies.

  • You'll prepare governance materials, executive-level reporting, and performance updates for client and leadership review.

  • You'll escalate blockers, facilitate decision-making, and drive accountable resolution of project challenges.

  • You'll develop and implement program tools, processes, and initiatives that drive operational excellence, team growth, and client success.

  • You'll build and maintain impactful relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting recommendations and updates to executive leadership.

  • You'll monitor program performance, assess client needs, analyze key metrics, and recommend scalable solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

  • You'll advise clients on resource planning and allocation strategies, including staffing and Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) management.

  • You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and client teams to drive successful project execution and achievement of program goals.

  • You'll identify and mitigate project risks while fostering effective communication and coordination across project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
