Build and load pallets of beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to keep communities supplied safely, accurately, and on time. What Youll Do\ * Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets\ * Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks\ * Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned\ * Wrap and secure pallets/loads when finished to maintain stability for transport\ * Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats\ * Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and turn in paperwork for check before loading\ * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in your work area Minimum Qualifications\ * 18 years or older\ * Position requires you to perform physical labor (with or without accomodation)\ * Position requires non-traditional shifts and weekend work\ * Position may require you to use a forklift or become forklift certified What to Expect\ * On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training\ * High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Click here to join our Talent Community\ All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
