Preschool Teacher

JOB SUMMARY: Christian preschool is seeking loving, experienced and passionate professionals to join our educational team. Help us provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to grow and learn! The ideal candidate is a creative teacher with an understanding of early childhood development principles and the ability to implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young children. Classroom teaching experience is essential. CDA is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. - Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity. - Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills. - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and classroom activities. - Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and safety. - Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
