Housing Case Manager

The Salvation Army is seeking a compassionate and organized Housing Case Manager to guide clients through their journey from housing instability to self-sufficiency. In this role, you'll provide individualized case management, connect clients with valuable community resources, and build strong partnerships with local agencies and housing providers. The Housing Case Manager position pays $47,000 to $51,000/year, dependent on skills and experience, offers a generous benefits package that includes excellent health, dental, vision, and hearing insurance as well as paid time off that includes 15 days of vacation per year, 12 sick days per year (6 of which can be taken like vacation days), 12 paid holidays, 2 personal days, and the ability to earn an additional 2 days of PTO through our wellness program.
