Pano's Home Pros is hiring a Part-Time, Remote Office Manager. We are a licensed home remodeling contractor serving South Coast, MA, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and basements. Position: Office Manager (Part-Time, Remote) Pay: $16-$22/hr (based on performance after trial period) Hours: 20-30 hours/week Responsibilities: - Answer customer calls and emails - Follow up with customers on projects and estimates - Process payments to contractors, crews, and vendors - Keep accounting current and organized - Provide general office support Qualifications: - Bilingual (English + Spanish) - Organized and detail-oriented - Strong communication skills (phone and email) - Comfortable handling payments and tracking financial data - Reliable internet connection - Willingness to learn our systems (training provided) Additional Information: - 30-90 day trial period, followed by hourly rate adjustment based on performance - Potential to grow into a full-time role
