  • Act as the second level of escalation on critical program, delivery, and customer issues

  • Partner with Business Development to launch new products and support customers through development and NPI

  • Lead regular program reviews covering quality, on-time delivery, and customer requirements

  • Provide site incremental sales forecast data and support revenue planning

  • Directly lead, mentor, and develop the Program Manager team, identify capability gaps, and build development plans

  • Uphold ISO-based quality, environmental, health, safety, and security management systems and support 6S objectives

What You Bring (Required)

  • 10–15 years of program management experience

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

  • 7+ years in the EMS / contract electronics manufacturing industry (PCBA, box build, or system integration)

  • 5+ years of direct people leadership managing multiple skilled direct reports

  • P&L responsibility and strong business acumen

  • Proven ability to influence customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

  • Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills

U.S. Citizenship required (ITAR / CUI compliance)

Preferred

  • Experience with aerospace, defense, medical, or other regulated-market customers

  • Background leading NPI-to-production transitions in a high-mix, low-to-mid-volume environment
