Our dedicated associates help the company achieve its mission to put the world on vacation. Innovation and growth keep our work interesting and fun. Job Summary

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you will introduce prospective owners to the Travel + Leisure vacation ownership experience through engaging, consultative sales presentations. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role focused on converting qualified prospects into new owners by helping them understand the value, flexibility, and benefits of vacation ownership.

Successful candidates are confident communicators, relationship builders, and goal-oriented sales professionals who thrive in a commission-based environment. If you are motivated by earning potential, enjoy connecting with people, and have a passion for helping customers make meaningful lifestyle investments, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with industry-leading training and support.

Unlike many sales roles, all prospective client appointments are prequalified and scheduled by the company. This position allows sales professionals to focus on building relationships and closing sales rather than cold calling, prospecting, or lead generation.

  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with prospective owners at our award-winning resort locations and sales centers.

  • Build rapport and establish trust with guests by learning about their travel habits, lifestyle goals, and vacation preferences.
