Core Responsibilities: - Lead fabrication of spool assemblies and system piping. - Ensure code compliance (ASME, AWS) and proper documentation. - Track fitting/welding progress per module schedule. Expectations: - Ownership: Treat pipe scope as critical infrastructurequality and function are non-negotiable. - Execution: Balance speed and quality. Ensure joints are clean, spaced, and properly supported. - Leadership: Train new fitters/welders and uphold discipline in work areas. - Problem Solving: Flag design issues or missing BOM early and escalate quickly.
